Water Level Controller in Coimbatore
AquaPilot is a wireless water level controller made and installed by Nexomatic from our office on Sathy Road, Saravanampatti. A radar sensor reads the overhead tank from above the water, the pump starts when the tank is low and stops before it overflows, and you see the level on your phone.
Survey visit free in Coimbatore district. Outside it, every visit is ₹5,000 incl. GST: survey, installation, or a repeat visit when the site is not ready. Warranty visits are free.
Why AquaPilot
No float, no probes
The radar reads the water from above. Nothing sits in the water, so nothing sticks, scales up, corrodes or needs replacing.
No wiring at the tank
Solar kits need no power point on the terrace. USB kits need one socket within 10 ft, cable included.
Your tank on your phone
Live level in the Nexomatic Android app, with tank-low and tank-full alerts.
Motor runs itself
Pro kits switch the motor ON when the tank is low and OFF when it is full, with a schedule and a maximum run-time safety cut-off.
What goes wrong with ordinary controllers
- Metal probes in hard water scale up and start giving wrong readings.
- A float switch sticks, or its cable cracks in the sun on the terrace.
- A broken sensor wire can leave the motor running, so the tank overflows anyway.
- Long cables have to be run down the building from the tank to the motor.
How AquaPilot is different
- Nothing in the water: the radar sensor sits above it, so there is nothing to scale, stick or rust.
- No fresh reading, no pump: if the tank sensor goes quiet, the motor stays off.
- A maximum run time stops the motor if the tank never fills, protecting the pump.
- Solar kits power the tank sensor from a panel with battery backup, with no wiring at the tank.
- Keeps working when the internet is down.
For Coimbatore homes
Most houses here have a sump and an overhead tank, and many fill to corporation water timings. AquaPilot can run the pump to a schedule, and we look at your sump, tank and pump on a free survey visit before recommending a kit. Read more about controllers for a sump and overhead tank and dry-run protection for your pump.

How much does an automatic water level controller cost in Coimbatore?
AquaPilot kits cost ₹7,499 (View), ₹11,199 (Solar View), ₹11,499 (Pro) and ₹14,699 (Solar Pro), including GST. The Pro kits switch the motor on and off; the View kits show the level and send alerts. Float-switch kits start at ₹5,799, and all 26 kits are priced in the kit builder on the product page.
Why is it more than the ₹800 controllers sold in shops?
Those controllers put metal probes or a float in the water. Hard water scales the probes, a float can stick, and a broken wire can leave the motor running. AquaPilot reads the level with a radar sensor above the water, so there is nothing in the tank to scale or rust, and the Solar kits need no cable to the tank at all.
What happens if the tank sensor stops sending readings?
The controller stops the pump. It only runs the motor on a fresh level reading, so a sensor that goes quiet means the pump stays off rather than running blind, and the app shows why.
Does it work when the internet is down?
Yes. The tank still fills and the pump still stops at the level you set. The internet is only needed for the live view and phone alerts.
Which pumps does it work with?
The Wi-Fi motor breaker in the Pro kits is rated for pumps up to 2 HP / 1.5 kW. We check your pump on the site visit, whether monoblock, submersible or with a starter, before we install anything.
