How Nexomatic
Came to Life
From a simple idea to India's premium smart home brand — our journey of building technology that works for every Indian home.
2019 — Hasmita Agriservices Founded: Hasmita Agriservices Pvt Ltd was founded in Coimbatore. Working with Indian homes and farms, we kept hitting the same gap — smart home products on the market were expensive, unreliable during power cuts, and designed for foreign markets.
2021 — The Decision: We decided to build one for India ourselves — offline-first, calibrated for Indian voltage and TNEB tariffs. Nexomatic became our smart-home brand.
2022 — Research & Development: Spent a year engineering offline-first architecture with bank-grade security. Tested across Indian homes in Coimbatore with varying voltage conditions and internet reliability.
2023 — Product Launch: Launched SmartHome Pro8 and SmartHome Lite to early customers across Tamil Nadu — proving the offline-first, India-engineered thesis on real homes.
2024 — Growing Across Tamil Nadu: Launched the dealer program. Added Smart Sensors, IR Blaster, and Water Level Controller to the ecosystem — building out the full home automation stack from one app.
2025 — AI & Multilingual: Integrated Claude AI for TNEB-aware bill prediction, anomaly detection and energy chat. Shipped 7 Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, English). Launched Elderly Care monitoring.
2026 — Whole-Home Platform: Saravanampatti showroom opened. Launched Gate Automation, Nexomatic Hub for privacy-first CCTV (no monthly fee), and overhead Water Tank automation. Four turnkey packages from Starter (1BHK) to Luxury (Villa).
