How It Works

Electrician Installation
Your electrician replaces the existing switchboard with the SmartHome Pro8, landing one load on each of the 8 channels. It fits a 12-module deep box and takes about 45 minutes per panel.

Download & Connect App
Install the Nexomatic app on Android (iOS is coming soon). The app finds the Pro8 in pairing mode and you give it your 2.4GHz WiFi name and password.

Name Your Devices
Label each channel (Hall Light, Bedroom Fan, Geyser), choose its device type and assign it to a room. Rooms are what your scenes and energy reports are built on.

Control and Automate
Switch from the wall or the app, set schedules and scenes, and watch per-channel energy use. Wall touch and local control keep working even when the internet is down.

Yes. The glass touch panel always responds, and the app controls it over your home WiFi during an internet outage. Control from outside the house waits until the connection returns.

Does it work with Alexa or Google Home?
Yes, Amazon Alexa: enable the Nexomatic skill in the Alexa app and link your account, then switch devices on and off by voice. Google Home is not supported.
Is it made for Indian voltage?
Yes. The SmartHome Pro8 is designed in Coimbatore for Indian homes, for 180–260V AC at 50Hz.
