One tap of a card at the machine, and the floor knows who is working, which bundle they are on and whether it passed QC. TapIn is a small card reader for every station: operators tap in and out for attendance, tap a bundle to start and finish it, and QC staff tap a Pass, Rework or Fail card after a check. Supervisors watch it live on a phone, and every tap lands in your ERP — no registers, no end-of-day typing.

We walk the lines with you, map stations to readers and agree what counts as a bundle and a QC check.
A TapIn reader goes at each station and the on-site server in your office. Readers are named from the app, with no cable to a PC.
Hold a card to an Android phone to link it to a worker, a bundle or a QC verdict. Lost cards are blocked in one step.
Attendance, bundle movement and QC results flow into your ERP or payroll as they happen.
The same reader takes attendance, starts and finishes bundles, and records QC verdicts — one device per station, not three systems.
A bundle opened for a check stays open until a Pass, Rework or Fail card is tapped. Nothing is passed by default.
Present workers, open bundles, per-worker counts and QC results, updating as people tap.
Every tap is pushed to your ERP as it happens, so payroll and production reports need no typing.
Readers report to a server on site, so the floor keeps recording through an internet outage.
Double taps are ignored, unknown cards are kept for enrolment, and taps with nobody signed in are parked and replayed.

It depends on how many stations, lines and QC points you have and how your ERP takes data. Reach us for pricing: call +91 75500 58208 or send a message from the contact page, and we will quote after a floor walk.
Yes. Taps can be pushed straight into your ERP's database, sent to a web address of your choice, or pulled through an API. We built it alongside a Tiruppur garment manufacturer's own ERP.
The readers talk to a server on your premises, so attendance and bundle taps keep being recorded. The ERP catches up when the connection returns.
A second tap within a few seconds is ignored and the reader says so, so an accidental double tap does not clock a worker out.
Yes. A QC person badging at another station moves their check there instead of clocking them out, and a line QC working outside their line is flagged, not blocked.
